1. Food supplement
The products sold on Lumé are oral glutathione food supplements taken as one tablet a day. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
2. Minimum age
Access to this site and the purchase of our products is restricted to persons who are at least 18 years old.
3. No medical claims
Information on this site is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. References to scientific literature are for context and do not imply therapeutic efficacy of our products.
4. Product quality
Each batch is manufactured under good manufacturing practice and released with quality control covering identity and content. Our glutathione is supplied as ready-to-take oral tablets — no preparation is required, just one tablet a day with water. Minor lot-to-lot variation in colour or appearance is possible and does not affect quality.
5. Buyer responsibility
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before taking any food supplement. Keep out of the reach of young children and do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one tablet.
6. Limitation of liability
Lumé is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products, in particular any use that does not follow the recommended daily intake. Liability is in any case limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
7. Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement bottles cannot be returned. Damaged or defective deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via Telegram with photographic evidence. We will replace damaged units at our expense.
8. Privacy
We collect personal data only to process orders, in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is not shared with third parties except as required for fulfillment (e.g. shipping carriers).
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are published on this page and take effect on publication.
